My name is John and I am Johno's Websites. I’m a regular guy born and raised in the suburbs of South-West Sydney; My 9 to 5 job is working in corporate IT, and I’ve been doing this since early 2005.
For most of my life as far as I can remember, I have always been interested in technology. From playing the latest state-of-the-art arcade games down at the local corner store, to reading up on the latest tech trends in the industry. So it was to no surprise that my career path lead to working in IT.
So why Johno’s Websites?
Johno’s Websites was born upon two main reasons. One, to do something for myself that would one day set me free from the rat-race; and two, why not do something I actually enjoy - building websites for people.
I created my very first website at the age of 15 during my schooling years, and since then, have worked on countless other websites of my own. It brought me a great sense of satisfaction bringing these projects to life, and so it made sense to try and make a living out of it. And so Johno’s Websites was born.
In order to differentiate myself from the other hundreds of other web design companies, I had to offer something different. I decided I wanted to focus my energy on helping out small businesses, and tradesman, the mum's and daddy's of the business world; I'd help them build their websites, and do this at an unprecedented price point. Ensuring that I delivered a quality product for all of my customers and knowing that people would be genuinely happy with my work, now that would be something I'd be able to look back on and be proud of.
And that pretty much sums up the philosophy behind Johno's Websites.
